职位描述:

Located in Guangzhou
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for all sales activities in the assigned territory.
2.Organize and participate marketing activities,such as seminars,workshop and exhibitions.
3.Develop and manage the distributors for middle-tier market,such as forecast,customer visiting,as well as after sales report
4.Provide appropriate technical solutions and quotations to prospective customers to lead to successful closure of sales.
5.Influences preparation and presents technical assistance,consultation and problem solving to customers as necessary
6.Develop and build good relationship with key accounts for high-tier market,focus on large state-owned manufacture,multinational company,government lab,as well as academy
7.Manage customer satisfaction with all installed customers through effective coordination with Customer Support team.
8.Gather sales and marketing data and submit weekly(Expense)and monthly reports(Won/Lost orders,Forecasts,Cold Call Activity,Lead Follow-up)on a timely basis.
9.Responsible for discount administration within assigned authorization.
10.Manages controllable expense budget within assigned territory.

Qualifications:
1.BS degree or above in Metal Material,Mechanics,Electronics,or equivalent required.
2.Rich sales experience in Lab testing equipment inGuangzhou and other provinces near by Guangzhou,preferred Hardness testers sales experience;
3.Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English,fluency with personal computers is also required.
4.Effective interpersonal and communication skills,negotiation is also required
5.Self motivated and result focused,positive,customer oriented,always can do attitude.
6.Effective time utilization,flexibility and creativity,accurate sales forecasting abilities.
7.High level of integrity/credibility,willingness to travel
