PURPOSE (Why the position exists, within what limits and with what objectives)职位目的(该职位存在的目的，限制及目标)Managing product inspection and qualification engineers to carry out project material inspection.领导产品检验及认证工程师对项目材料进行检验.Managing product inspection and qualification engineers to do product qualification as per PTC003 directive requirements.领导产品检验及认证工程师根据PTC003 指导文件的要求进行产品认证。 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS任职条件 Education / Experience教育背景及工作经验 University degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, 5 years working experience in the power ormechanical/electrical engineering industry.机械工程专业大学本科及以上, 5 年在电力、机械/电气工程的工作经验。 Minimum 3 years quality inspection experience in the power or mechanical/electrical engineering industry.至少3 年电力，机械/电气工程行业的质量检验经验。 At least 3 year managing experience in QC/QA teams as a QC or QA manager or supervisor, and be able toorganize and compile the I & T Plans concerning turbine and turbo-generator set;至少3 年在质量控制或质量保证团队作为质量控制或质量保证经理 或主管的管理经验，并能组织和编写汽轮发电机组的检查试验计划； Be able to speak, read and write in English, such as read specifications, procedures, standards.能够用英语读、写、说，如技术规范、程序文件、标准。 Management skills such as leadership, communication, people empowerment and development, etc.管理能力，如领导能力，沟通能力等 Specific knowledge专业知识 Knowledge or good understanding in the terms and specification of Power Steam Turbine and Generator掌握、理解汽轮机和发电机规范和条款 Quality control & management质量控制和管理 Experience in Turbine and Generator manufacturing and assembly汽轮机和发电机制造及安装 Business understanding业务了解范围 Knowledge of the ALSTOM technical specification and quality requirements of the key materials, equipment,commodities to be purchased for the company.掌握公司采购的关键材料、设备、商品的阿尔斯通技术规范和质量要求。 Comprehensive understanding of the entire working process, Purchasing process of the Company.充分理解公司的工作、采购流程。 Understanding the quality management system.(ISO：9001)了解质量管理体系(ISO：9001)。 Fair and nice, Strong stand in quality controlling, e.g. non-conformance products’ report and disposition;公正，质量控制原则性强，如不合格品的报告和处置 Good communication skills in handling the technical and quality problems;在技术质量问题的处理方面，具备良好的沟通能力； Good organizing ability in managing a team, and allocation of tasks, in line with contracts planning;良好管理团队和任务分配的组织能力，以满足合同计划的要求；AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY职责范围To be acquainted with the Project Master Schedule and thepurchasing schedule for the assigned project.熟知项目总体计划及项目的采购计划。 To follow up on a regular basis the progress of purchasingorders.定期跟踪采购定单的进展情况。 Organizing meeting with product inspection and qualificationengineer to analyze the suppliers’ manufacturing progress,quality and settle组织与产品检验及认证工程师的会议，分析供应商制造进度及质量等. Completeness and correctness verification of Qdocumentation;核对质量文件的完整及正确性 Quantity inspection;数量检验 If necessary, other inspections;如果需要，进行其它检验 Quality release to Supplier for delivery.向供方发货质量合格证 Product quality in order to meet the quality requirements:质量控制要达到质量要求 To report immediately to Quality Department，EngineeringDepartment and Purchasing Department Directors on seriousdefects, serious property undulation on products, seriousdeviations on operations.及时向质量部、工程部和采购部的总监汇报产品的重大质量缺陷、严重质量波动、严重操作不当。 All other reasonable duties requested by the immediatemanager, Employee Handbook and Company Management.完成主管领导、公司管理层安排的、或是员工手册规定的其他合理工作。 To report to the immediate Manager on a regular basis onwork progress and to produce the reports.定期向直接经理汇报项目实施进度并编写工作报告。 To participate regularly to reviews and to report the findings.参加定期采购审核，汇报发现的情况。
