职位描述:
Bachelor degree required, MBA desirable1. Senior level sales management experience in wired/wireless networking market with demonstrated track record;
2. Experience with building and training a direct sales force and/or distribution system;
3. Success selling wireless technology products to key accounts in China;
4. Strong work ethic with a roll up your sleeves management style;
5. Located in China;
6. At least 10 years experience selling semiconductor products with at least 5 years in sales management;
7. Results and detail oriented;
8. Hands-on team player with a driven but collaborative management style;
9. Ability to thrive and flourish in a fast-paced environment; 10. Exceptional sales management and analytical skills;
11. Excellent leadership qualities;
12. Passion, intensity, confidence and maturity to develop a new medical market;
13. Able to travel as necessary
1. Drive sales growth to meet revenue goal.
2. Develop and manage a pipeline of design opportunities.
3. Formulate and execute key account sales strategies.
4. Attain executive level relationship with major customers.
5. Hire, manage and motivate direct sales/FAE personnel and distributors.
