职位描述:
主要工作职责：
协助公司各部门准确及时地录入物流文件信息。协助制作海运单证及其它相关文件。单证及文件的整理及归档等。
要求：
在读学生，国际贸易、物流或商务英语等相关专业优先；要求课程比较少，课余时间比较充裕。良好的英语书写，阅读和口语能力；良好的计算机运用能力，大字速度快且准确率高者优先。稳重，自律，细致，有耐心。工作安排：日均工作时间为3-6个小时， 晚班：18:00-22:00星期一至六。此职位不聘请寒假假期工作，此兼职为长期工作。
Responsible:
input the information accurately and in a timely manner;assist to prepare shipment documents and other related documents;responsible for shipment documentation.
Requirements:
PC knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook;Good in communication & organization skill, being initiative and careful;Pro-active, result-oriented, good team work, excellent problem solving and communication skills.
