职位描述:

主要职责:运用创新的方式, 提供有竞争力的服务,从而提高客户忠诚度,增加效益降低操作成本维护与所有相关的客户内部同事和第三方供应商良好的工作关系。操作必须符合标准或根据客户要求制订的操作流程。
1. 准确及时地在各种电脑系统中输入业务的相关信息。
2. 及时正确的在系统中输入每笔业务的成本信息。
3. 根据客户要求处理订舱,订单管理及货运跟踪事宜
4. 准备及处理相关的货运单证,安排清关。
5. 帮助客户及阁林国内外办事处处理货运报价和发票事宜,确保所有的报价正确及具有竞争力。
6. 以客户的角度,主动、及时、专业的处理所有相关的客服事宜。
7. 工作尽量减少纸张的使用,进行无纸化办公。
8. 保持积极良好的工作氛围及环境。


Skills 技能:
1. 良好的英文口语和书面表达能力
2. 良好的打字机能(一分钟至少30键)
3. 良好电话沟通技巧
4. 良好的解决纠纷及紧急事件的能力
5. 良好的办公设备的应 用能力(电话和订舱系统)
6. 一定文字和口头的表达能力
7. 良好的谈判和沟通技巧
8. 能熟练使用电脑软件, Windows系统

工作经验及相关知识:
2年大型国际货代公司从事空运工作的经验。
1. 熟悉质量管理体系,例如ISO和COPC-2000(优先)
2. 了解国际贸易和相关法律,法规,政策和流程

以客户为导向1. 一定的组织和计划能力2. 一定的组织和计划能力
-Follow up routing order from overseas office as well as freehand airfreight shipment;
-Contact supplier and advise the shipment status to overseas office;
-Reserve the space on airlines
-Arrange customs clearance;
-Follow up tracking until goods arrive in destination
-Issue invoice to local customer
-Check the bill from agent
-Assist finance colleague to push the outstanding.
Other accountabilities:1. To use innovative ways, offer competitive services, and operate in a manner which increases customer loyalty, increase profitability and decrease operating costs. 2. To maintain excellent working relationships with all clients and colleagues within the group as well as 3rd party vendors used by GC. 3. To follow standard and customized SOP’s for customers as directed by Management. 4. To prepare and enter shipping related data into various computer systems in an accurate and timely manner. 5. To ensure accurate and complete cost accrual data is entered into GC’s computer systems in a timely manner for each shipment file.6. To handle booking/shipment requests, purchase order management and shipment tracking tasks as requested by customers. 7. To prepare/handle shipping documentation and to arrange for customs clearances. 8. To assist in the preparation of freight quotations and freight invoices for customers and other GC offices (domestic and abroad) C and to ensure these quotations are based on accurate and competitive pricing. 9. To pro-actively act on behalf of customers and to handle all customer service related requests and tasks in a timely, accurate and professional manner。 10. To minimize the use of “hardcopy” paper for record keeping and communication in favor of electronic, paperless methods (e-Mail, e-Fax, spreadsheet and word processing software, GC’s computer systems, etc…)。 11. To support a positive and attractive working atmosphere/environment.

Experience /Knowledge 1. 2 -3 years of experience in a related capacity for an international freight forwarding company for airfreight dep.2. Experience in quality management system such as ISO and COPC-2000 (preferred)3. Knowledge of International Trade and relevant laws, regulations, policies and procedures
