Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and control regulatory ratios and limitation requirement, identify rules/regulations applicable to the ratio and draft or coordinate the drafting the policies to comply with applicable rules and firm standards, implement solutions:
2. Responsible for the development and control of an efficient accounting system for financial reporting, ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirement.
3. Responsible for accurate & timely submission of financial reporting and analysis to local regulatory authorities:
4. Prepare annual accounts and liaise with external auditors to arrange annual review;
Job Requirements:
Degree: Bachelor
Above 3 years related experience;
Experience in the financial services industry is a requirement.
Be good at Mandarin and English both in written and spoken.
