工作描述：
1.与欧美客户进行常规联络和沟通，完成客户要求处理的事情；
2.销售服务的跟踪管理，及时处理服务中存在的各种问题；
3.及时有效的处理各种客户投诉，协助一线销售人员做好售后服务工作。

要求：
1.有客户服务工作经验；
2.形象气质佳，较好的亲和力和客户沟通能力；
3.具有较强的组织协调能力；
4.大专以上，需有良好的英语沟通能力，能与欧美客户直接交流，细致且耐心
Job　Purpose：Manage　after　sales　fulfillment　services　for　old　and　new　clients　in　European＆American　department.
Duties：
*Contact　and　communicate　with　the　European＆American　clients.Manage　ongoing　needs　and　requirements　of　clients.
*Continual　service　and　follow-up　on　acquired　clients.Manage　daily　activities　of　the　after-sale　fulfillment　client　service　department，ensuring　appropriate　support　is　provided　in　a　timely　and　effective　manner.Handle　potential　client　complaints.
*Assist　the　sales　associates　in　achieving　after　sales　work.

Requirements：
*Have　experience　of　client　service.
*Good　communication　and　organizational　skills.Good　appearance　and　customer　service.
*University　degree　and　excellent　English　speaking　skills.Communicate　in　English　as　well　as　meticulous　and　patient.
