DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To chase leads and win new business for the new Lab facility at SIP Suzhou to ensure the facility meets it sales budget.
2. To focus energy principally on the domestic Chinese market, to systematically analyse and define the market sectors to identify new business opportunities. To develop these opportunities and convert them into routine business with the support of others within Isotron including Suzhou management and Isotron corporate support.
3. To monitor key trends in the main markets served by Isotron and report findings to Management. To learn about and report on our Competitors in the region. This includes competitor pricing information.
4. To organise and 'man' the Isotron stand at Trade Shows and assist with the exhibition programme and marketing literature as and when required in conjunction with Company's corporate staff and Isotron Suzhou Management and Technical staff.
5. To undertake key account management of a specified number of accounts, including visits, drafting market reports, liaison with Management to maximise sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
6. To ensure that customer needs are met by close liaison with customers, Isotron functional management and other personnel. To recommend appropriate training or remedial action in the event of inadequate customer care issues being identified.
7. To PRO-actively assist Management in the promotion, development and extension of the service offering (existing and future) to customers.
8. To draft accurate and timely visit reports and ensure that all associated sales documentation is accurate, relevant and up to date. To develop and maintain the sales C. R. M. Database.
9. To assist with corporate hospitality where appropriate.
10. To undertake sales project activity as required by the Isotron Directors and/or Senior Management.
11. To maintain absolute confidentiality with respect to Isotron's activities.
