职位描述:
-10 years above of hands-on-experience in garment industry，with 5 years in managerial position，working experience in Europe buying office is a definite advantage
-University graduate，proficient in both Chinese＆English language
-In charge of core merchandising functions：Kids Wear or Baby；s wear
-Monitor Critical Path＆production status reports
-Coordinate with head office to source trims＆fabric for sample development and to follow up production
-Negotiate price and monitor order details and timeline
-Lead 5-10 Merchandising team members，good managing skills
-Able to cope with stress and heavy workload
-Team player and able to work with all levels of associates from different cultural background
-Good interpersonal/communication skills
