Key Accountabilities: Using 6 Sigma & Lean initiatives to drive quality and process improvement Identify key customer satisfaction metrics and drive improvement in performance. Ensure operational definitions and performance targets are based on customer expectations. Demonstrate proficiency in Process Excellence/Six Sigma methodologies and tools (where appropriate), and perform and interpret extensive analysis. Mentor Six Sigma projects. Identify issues and challenges, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identified. Mentor Black Belts on Six Sigma. Best practice sharing & implementation Training 6 sigma in Plant.
