Responsibilities:-Developing and implementing customs strategy.
-Managing and developing customs staff skills and capabilities for China plants.
-Monitoring broker and service provider for saving cost and duty recovery program.
-Liaising and negotiating with government to respond to inquiries and obtain cost efficiency.
-Participating in organizations to maintain government industry contacts.
-lead the documents management based on specific equipment management process as well as the spare parts together with various departments to make sure all steps meet the Customs detailed requests without discrepancy.;
-To drive the internal equipment customs declaration process standardization and further managementRequirements:
-Education background:Finance&Accounting,or Logistics or Law-5 years or over working experience in custom clearance field;
-Good knowledge on Chinese customs regulation and operation process;
-Familiar with Chinese Customs/AQCIQ regulations,process of import&export;
-Excellent organization and coordination skills;
-Work experience in foreign company preferred;
-Good command of written and spoken English is preferred;
-Strong in problem-solving and negotiation skill
