Responsibilities：
Interface with the functional leaders to ensure approved supply strategies，standard work processes，and proper spend delegation of authority are used Perform opportunity analysis
1.Working with system data on actual purchase patterns，and functional partners to assess performance needs
2.Identify strategic VAP opportunities and define VAP projects
3.Execute planned supplier price audits（e.g.generic code contracts）to ensure internal controls requirements are met.
4.Advocate all Purchasing policies within the various geographies，sites，and functions（e.g.reasonable price estimates for requisitions，elimination of“no-POs”for MRO）。Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Purchasing organization.Lead the elimination of redundant or otherwise unnecessary activities
5.Utilize available e-procurement tools（e.g.e-RFI，e-RFQ，e-RFQ，e-Auctions）to the fullest capability，to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Purchasing process.
Qualifications：University degree in engineering，science or business.Experience working with dynamic，result-oriented teams and competent as a Six Sigma Green Belt.Experience functioning across multiple functions or businesses.At least 10 years industrial experience in mechanical，electronic，3-party logistic experience pereferrable.
