职位描述:
Responsibilities：
1、Identify all IMS purchasing requirements；
2、Communicate with plant stakeholders to draw up purchasing plan；
3、Assess and mitigate supply risk and lead Supplier Evaluation：monitor supplier performance and ensure efficient support for operations from suppliers and continuous reliability；
4、Solve any supplying issues；
5、Ensure all purchasing activities are comply with procurement policy；
6、Deliver plant productivity cost saving as by set target；
7、Strong sense on the cost saving wherever it applicable and ensure company’s buying the goods/service at competitive price；
Requirements：
1、Bachelor degree or above；
2、Be assertive and proactive with service-oriented mentality
3、At Least 3 years experience in purchasing and planning；
4、Good command of both written and spoken English；
5、Good knowledge of Sourcing-to-pay process and supplier management；
6、Experience in ERP system，such as SAP system；
