职位描述:

Duty:
1. Accomplish sales goal for gynae consumptive material and consumer maintenance work fixed.
2. Participate kinds of conference from every hospital,collect、analysis and arrange the competition information of the industry and products in the target market.
3. Hand in glove with marketing department,in charge of planning,organizing and carrying out the academic conference and product popularization activity.
4. In charge of paying off debts of payment for goods;
5. Keep good relationship with the consumer;

Credentials:
1. 。Academic certificates at or above the junior college level from marketing or medicine,more than 1 years work experience for selling medical appliance,familiar with gynecology and relational production is priority;
2. Familiar with medical appliance operating mode,have good customer resources and experience of collection of payment,the pharmaceutical sales rep who have client channels is priority;
3. Have good profession sentiment and high responsibility;
4. Have good observation and strain capacity,can handle complicated emergency;
5. Excellent team collaboration ability and communicative competence;
6. Have professionalism and good personal appearance.
岗位职责:
1. 完成公司规定妇科耗材的销售任务及临床维护工作。
2. 参加各医院举办院内会、科内会、院际会,收集、分析与整理本区域目标市场的行业与产品竞争信息,为上级决策提供重要参考依据。
3. 与市场部密切配合,负责学术会议与产品推广活动的计划、组织、实施与协调工作
4. 负责对客户的销售货款的及时回笼、清欠;
5. 与客户保持良好的关系;

任职要求:
1. 市场营销、医学相关专业本科以上学历,医疗器械销售一年以上的工作经验,熟悉妇科医学知识和公司相关产品知识者优先;
2. 熟悉医疗器械的运作模式,有良好的客户资源及回款经验,有客户渠道的医药代表优先;
3. 具有良好的职业素养和高度的责任心;
4. 较强的观察力和应变能力,能够处理复杂的突发事件;
5. 出色的团队协作能力及沟通能力;
6. 专业的销售素养及良好的个人形象。
