Job Responsibilities
1.Factory audit and related arrangement
2.Trouble shooting-Ability to solve emergencies.
3.Problem solving-Find out the root for problem and give suggestions and solutions.
4.Analysis of inspection data
5.Help to provide inspection policy
6.QCM（Quality Control Manual）review＆modify
7.Testing consult for product develop
8.PPS sign approval work with Production Manager

Requirements：
1.At least 8 to 10 actual working experience in SQE
（Relating to sporting equipment）
2.Engineer educational background
3.Experienced work with international company with brand or private label is preferable
4.Team worker，responsible，good logic thinking
5.Aggressive，optimistic and open-character，good negotiation and communication skills
6.Master in English both for written and spoken；
7.Computer skill on knowledge of statistical analysis chart
