Job summary
l Meet or exceed sales objectives of assigned territory by sell company service and products to assigned/ targeted accounts, obtain business from new account and maintain contact with existing customers. Focus time and effort on developing new customers.

Requirements

l Ability to maintain an effective performance and continue exercise sound decision-making skills in face of conflicting and stressful demands
l Good communication skills, ability to expresses ideas clearly and succinctly both verbally and writing, willing participates, listens and seek advices of others, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and clients
l Ability to anticipate and indentify customer’s need, expectation and effectively meet customer needs to ensure quality customer service.
l Good decision and problem solving skills, ability to analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution, indentifies and responds to changing needs of the customers. Ability to think and respond quickly to sales and service issues.
l Demonstrates a clear understanding of expected outcomes, delivers a timely manner, seek assistant when necessary, and accepts responsibility of results.
l Good adaptability reacts and adjusts positively to various work situations and a flexible approach to resolving challenges.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

l Develop new business opportunities through sales call and presentations to potential customers in local market, retention from assigned customers and growth of net revenue for the accounts
l Maintains existing customers through follow up and service customers in a professional and timely manner
l Follow up sales leads, analysis business possibilities, assist to complete quotation according to the requirement of accounts
l Interact regularly with CS & OP managers, and develop close and cooperative relation with operation staffs make sure customer’s need met
l Coordinating with global sales to improve service level and solve business problem with existing accounts locally
l Enter account information and sales activity into our system
l Control AR under policy
l Other duties as assigned

Qualifications


Education and Experience
l Bachelor degree, CET 4, minimum 3+ experience in logistic industry, 1+ year sales experience is preferred

Certifications and Licenses (Optional but advantageous)
l

Languages and Communication Skills
l Must read, write and communicate fluently in Mandarin & English. Good communication skills, ability to communicate and interact with people from multi-national and diverse background

Computer Skills
l Fundamental PC skills
l Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point

Other Skills/Experience
l Consultative sell skills
l Negotiation and presentation skill
l Knowledge of Contract logistics & Freight forwarding
