中Job Summaryl Assist with processing of shipments for an assigned base of accounts under the direct supervision. Assist with duties related to data entry, document preparation and traffic coordination required to correctly process shipments in a cost-efficient manner and within Company standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilitiesl OP should provide CS with the cost, and should provide the information of Carrier, Space Status and Routing informationl OP send forecast to core carriers by lane basis, manage our space allocation loop and carrierl Create JOB no. and should be responsible for shipment log. l Send shipping order to the shipping linel OP should coordinate with carrier to confirmation any revised booking information is changed accordingly.l Coordinate with carrier and terminal to make sure empty container to be released timely.l Contact with trucking company, any updated information should tell CS to inform CS immediately.l Issue class A invoicel Coordinate with agent for payment. If any have to hold MBL or HBL, should work with CS together.l Be responsible for billing in FAMS within 2days after ETD based on Recap & Settlement & Settlement analysia provide by CS.l Track shipment OPl OP make correction for billing in FAMS based on CCA form by CSl ensure GSU in FAMS is timely completed and enteredl Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Experiencel Bachelor degree, minimum 2+ related experience in logistic industry
Certifications and Licenses (Optional but advantageous)l Bachelor degree, CET4
Languages and Communication Skillsl Must read, write and communicate fluently in Mandarin & English. Good communication skills, ability to communicate and interact with people from multi-national and diverse background
Computer Skillsl Fundamental PC skillsl Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point
Other Skills/Experiencel Knowledge of Contract logistics & Freight forwarding
