职位描述:
POSITION PURPOSE:
To lead the warehouse employees that receive material,manage inventory,replenish line production,conduct FG shipment,etc;
To continuous monitor of quality,accuracy and efficiency of warehouse system flow for improvement
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead daily operations of warehouse activities
JIT implementation in warehouse(lean layout,FIFO,PO signal,5S,visual control etc.)
set up good communication channel and process for parts inventory control
Conduct periodic cycle count activities and ensure all inventories are properly managed with good stock accuracy
Conduct financial analysis of material inventory monthly
Manage manpower and effectively deploy them to maximize productivity to meet key performance indicators set;
Be responsible for team members‘performance management
strong sense of safety
QUALIFICATION:
Education
University degree or above
Working experience
At least 5 years experience in warehouse management
Know well ERP system
Strong leadership&coaching skill
Cultural/Language
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Other requirement
Good problem solving,interpersonal skills
