Project Purchasing Manager
Job Descriptions:
Plan, organize and monitor all procurement activities. PPM must have a good grasp of all procurement activities (contracts and purchase orders) occurring in the projects.
Participate in the elaboration of proposals to customers. Invite bidders and ensure back to back agreements with sub suppliers/contractors.
Wording and implementation of project procurement strategies and plans.
Select project equipment suppliers and contractors as the result of a complete needs analysis and according to company’s sourcing strategy.
Perform the detailed normalization and analysis of miscellaneous contractor’s bids and quotations.
Wording and review of contracts with suppliers.
Negotiate flexible contracts to achieve economies of scale as well as in time delivery of goods/services and quality
Support for establishment and initiation of expediting teams in the project
Manage Logistic and shipping activities
Contract administration. Claims handling.
Contract closing. Participate in handover activities to the customer.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
8 years’ or more experiences in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Petrochemical industry (Engineering, Construction). The experience of Biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry is preferable
Performed in several projects as a procurement supervisor or above position
Have purchasing experience with local and international suppliers/contractors
Communication and negotiation skills with management skills
Fluency in English ,written and verbal
Good working knowledge of Microsoft such as Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
Have knowledge of equipment/raw material/supplier resources
Understanding of contracts especially purchasing terms and conditions.
Be familiar with local and International Trade knowledge and shipping terms
Working experience in international engineering company is preferred
The candidate should be suitable for team work and confidential work
The candidate should agree work at the other city/country if required




Procurement Engineer

Job Descriptions:
Work independently on project.
Define the product requirement with purchasing manager and technical engineers.
Prepare purchasing documents.
Communicate/negotiate with the contractor/supplier according to the project requirement together with project team.
Corporate with the suppliers to accomplish delivery as schedule, inspect quantity and quality.
Other works related within purchasing area.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree, mechanical/engineering background is preferable.
At least 5 years’ purchasing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/chemical industry.
Strong negotiation ability, good interpersonal skills.
Good command for both oral and written English, PC skills.
Can go to other cities for site working if required.
