Territory Business Representative(Women Health Product)
Location:Shenyang;Harbin
Reports to:Sales Manager,Women Health Business
Overall Statement of the Job:
-Develop well though out business plans and account profiles and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve planned targeted revenue for those product lines responsible for.
-Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients to maintain product loyalty and increase market share,Includes identifying Key Opinion leaders and building strong business relationships with these customers.
-Conduct sales reviews including market share analysis and adjust strategies&tactics accordingly to ensure execution plans are in line with divisional goals.
-Maintain close relationship with key accounts and ensure full customer satisfaction by providing appropriate products and services in response to the customer's needs.
-Follow up the process of contract to achieve the sales targets.
-Cooperate with the marketing department to execute the marketing program.
-Assist the territory supervisor to develop and manage the distributors.
General Statement of Duties:
-Represent Chindex products and execute sales plans in an assigned territory to achieve sales targets.Develop&manage business relationship with clients to continually influence the market growth of Chindex products.
-Develop&manager business relationship with distributors as the assistant of the territory supervisor.
Typical Examples of Responsibilities and Duties Include:
-Marking survey in the responsible territory of correlative professional field
-Cooperate with the marketing department to do the market share analysis and adjust strategies&tactics accordingly to ensure execution plans are in line with divisional goals.
-Found the potential customer
-Introduce product with the potential customer
-Follow up the business of responsible territory
-Bidding for the correlative territory
-Collect the marketing information
-Collect the competitor information
Requirements:
-Graduated from university
-At least 2 years working experience in Medical Equipment sales representative,Those with sound knowledge of local market and business practices will be highly preferred
-Strong communication and negotiation skills both in Chinese and English
-Good analytical and problem solving skills,integrated methodic and systematic approach into the business practice
-History of consistent achievement of sales targets
-Self motivated,desire to learn independently
-Be able to travel frequently
