Territory Business Representative(Hologic X-ray)

Location:Shanghai,Bei Jing,He Fei,Nan Jing
Reporting Line:Territory Manager of Ultrasound

The role of the territory sales representative is to REPRESENT our company in a region at China.
The main tasks are to:

-Collect new I.D.business prospects.
-Follow-up on existing I.D.prospects.
-Promote our product lines.
-Work with territory sales and marketing staff for each product to bring in business.
-Gather market information which the company can use to increase business.

The following is a list of the different kinds of things we expect you will do.Some of these are very specific and some are general approaches to your work.We expect that you will do your best to follow the policies of the company,and work closely with your manager to meet your goals.If you ever have any questions,please discuss with your manager or the department manager.

-Uphold and maintain company integrity.
-Understand the products we sell.Ask for more training if you need it.
-Gather market information for each product.Review with territory team and Product Managers.Help develop sales strategies for your area.
-Make recommendations and help organize promotional activities such as seminars and meetings.Get help when you need it.
-Understand market plans for you territory and work to reach product sales targets.Review your goals with your manager regularly.
-Know about the competition,who they are,what they are doing,how they are doing it.Review this information with your colleagues.Use the information to find their weaknesses and best them.
-Work at different levels within and without of the hospital to bring in business.Cultivate important relationships with customers.
-Follow-up on inquiries immediately.
-Quick response time to colleagues.
-Quick response time to customers.
-Follow and enforce office administrative procedures.Submit reports and expenses on time.
-Negotiate contracts and agreements according to company policies.Be prepared to do what you promise to do.
-Execute your contracts with accuracy and speed.Follow up from beginning to end.Pay attention to detail.
-Report service problem to the service department.Follow up to see that are resolved.Strive to provide the best service to the customer.
-Collect the competitor information

Requirements:
-Graduated from university
-At least 2 years working experience in Medical Equipment sales representative,Those with sound knowledge of local market and business practices will be highly preferred
-Strong communication and negotiation skills both in Chinese and English
-Good analytical and problem solving skills,integrated methodic and systematic approach into the business practice
-History of consistent achievement of sales targets
-Self motivated,desire to learn independently
-Be able to travel frequently
