Brief description of responsibilities Report to：purchasing managerSub：about 5？制定货源策略，识别和开发潜在供应商
To define sourcing strategy，identify and develop potential suppliers.？与工程部紧密合作开发新产品或认可新货源
Work closely with engineering to develop and approve new source or product.？主持商务谈判以达到公司的采购成本目标
To lead the commercial negotiation with suppliers to hit the cost target.？管理并支持采购工程师完成公司的采购战略
Support and manage purchasing engineer to ensure company sourcing strategy.？全面管理供应商，维护产能、保证供货，对其进行业绩评估并实施相应改进
To manage suppliers for capacity and delivery.Carry out performance measurement and take action for improvement as necessary.？与供应商建立合作伙伴关系来保证成本、质量、交付
Establish supplier partner in all aspects of cost，quality，delivery and relationships.？与生产及物流部门建立并保持跨部门的合作关系
Establish and maintain cross-functional linkage with manufacture and logistics.？风险及符合性管理
Risk and compliance management such S-OX.？建立有效的采购系统 Establish effective and robust purchasing systems.Special knowledge skill and ability requirement？诚信正直
Integrity？纵向以及横向的跨部门交流协调能力
Cross function communication and coordination for internal and external.？指导、发展和激励下属

Have knowledge on metal market？供应商质量改进及采购经验，熟悉
QS9000及ISO/TS 16949 SQIE and purchasing experience is required.Know well QS9000 and ISO/TS 16949.？熟悉Microsoft 办公软件，了解ERP 系统
IT skills in Microsoft word，Excel，Power Point and Lotus Notes are required.Familiar with ERP system.？良好的英语口语及写作能力 Excellent English both in verbal and written.？2年以上项目管理经验 More than 2 years experiences in project management.
Experience？大学本科或以上学历，工程背景，主修机械、汽车或相关专业 Bachelor or above degree.Engineering background.Major in Mechanical/Automobile or related is preferred.？5年以上经验，有汽车零部件行业工作背景，外资企业高级工程师或主管 At least 5 years experiences in automotive industry.Foreign company and supervisor experience are preferred.
