Load and capacity monitoring

Be liable for supplier OTD performance.

Ensure Suppliers understanding and compliance of MD requirements

Act as bridge for quality activities in New Product Introduction.

Define，Monitor，improve and manage supplier performance improvement plans to reach OTOQD target.

Implement and monitor necessary safety stock when needed.
