MISSION
Responsible for processing customer orders independently and executes logistics/distribution activities，including order processing，transportation and customs clearance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Executes the daily operations of the customer services，distribution，import/export and order processing systems.
Develops and maintains logistics/distribution database
Monitor and control product distribution to ensure ordered shipments are received in a timely fashion.
Work with third party distribution vendors，to ensure timely distribution of finished goods.
Handles customers orders and expense tracking.
Act as a customer contact for pricing，scheduling and shipping
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
Good knowledge of customs regulations

College or University
