Responsibilities:
-Responsible for dealing with the Asian procurement market in collaboration with the strategic purchasing department in Germany
-Responsible for search and qualification of competitive Asian suppliers under consideration of company's goals
-Ensure the material supply of various company's locations,particularly the production locations in Asia,Europe and USA/Mexico
-Formulate visit reports and statistics
-Lead price negotiations;Execute enquiries and evaluation of quotes
-Identify appropriate suppliers of raw materials and components such as steel tubes,piston rods,plastic molding parts,stamping,turning and other metal components
-Organize supplier visits;Evaluate the supplier fit to company's requirements and coordinate supplier selection process
-Take care of qualification and further development of existing and new suppliers
-Perform as link between the supplier and the worldwide company's plants
-Supervise SQE in China and form a strong team to achieve sourcing targets
-Closely coordinate with the Lead Buyers who are globally responsible for the material groups
-Report directly to the director of Global Procurement
-Other duties as assigned

Educational qualification:
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Business Administration or relevant subject

Working experiences
-Work as a mechanical engineer or industrial engineer with emphasis on mechanical engineering
-Minimum 5 years of experience in an global procurement organization or Tier suppliers in automotive industry
-Professional experience in the purchasing sector with an automobile supplier or other mass production industry
-Knowledge of SAP in the MM field,proficient in the use of MS Office programs
-Self confident and friendly but firm in dealing with partners
-High degree of commitment
