职位描述:
Job Responsibilities:
Focus on supplier development,focusing on key commodityResponsible for the regional scope,including China
Handle activities within the matrix organization of the group
Take part in decision for new suppliers
Work in projects related with new suppliers and partly leading these projects concerning the sub project with new supplier
Analyze the production process of the supplier
Work out improvement activities together with suppliers and drive to fulfill them
Take part in potential analysis for the technical section
Visit,evaluate and audit suppliers with a team
Take the responsibility in the complaint management(trouble shooting)by the supplier in case of actual quality matters
Support according to escalation levels of insufficient delivery performances
Performance of supplier-appraisals and tracking of the supplier actions
Give technical support for the purchasing and the technical departments
Job Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering
Very good experience and knowledge in machining operation concerning the manufacturing process,tooling and quality assurance.
Capable of managing complex projects
Good understanding of complex business matters
Strong negotiation skills
Strategic thinker
Structured approach to tasks
Self-motivated and self-organized
Team player
Familiar with standard tools like MS-Word,MS-Excel and MS-Power Point
Fluent spoken and written English/German
