工作职责
1、利用公司提供的客户资源进行电话拜访，了解并获取客户需求，定期将相关信息提供给销售助理或者销售，完成部门主管分配的其他相应工作
2、通过电脑系统记录并汇总客户反馈意见
3、与客户良好的沟通，发掘销售机会
4、按时完成或达成各项绩效考核标准

任职要求
1、大专或同等以上学历
2、有海运行业工作经验者优先
3、普通话标准流利，具有良好的沟通表达能力
4、具有高度热忱之客户服务意识，能承受工作压力
5、会基本使用计算机及办公软件（如：word、excel、ppt等）

Job duties：
-To conduct outbound call to potential customers，understand and obtain the customer needs，and deliver the necessary information to sales assistant（inside sales）or outside sales executive regularly，and any other tasks from the department head.-Record the information and feedback from customer.
-Focus on telephone communication with customers.Call to drive business and to explore sales opportunities-Timely meet the standard of performance apprasal

Job requirements：
-Diploma degree or above
-Shipping Industry experience is a plus
-Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice.Language skills：Fluent spoken mandarin，and acceptable English.
-Always customer focused and builds trust and rapport
-Basic PC knowledge
