Responsibilities:
1/ Sell all customers local logistics service, such as trucking, customs clearance, warehousing, consolidation and etc. Must achieve the target that the Company requires.
2/ Maintain good relationship with key accounts. Act as the key contact between customers, internal department, and external vendors.
3/ Visit or call key accounts regularly to learn their requirements and feedbacks of the Company's service. Generate report to Logistics Supervisor and Office Manager for analysis.
4/ Make improvement from commercial side according to the business development plan of the Company.
5/ Assist Logistics Supervisor to solve the problems or urgent cases.
6/ Secure market information and report to Logistics Supervisor.
Requirements:
1/ Fluent in English (CET-4, be able to communicate fluently in speaking and writing), Be familiar with Microsoft Office
2/ More than two years experience in international freight forwarding or shipping industry. Experience of selling the service of trucking and customs clearance would be preferred.
3/ College degree. Major in International Marine Transportation or Logistics would be preferred.
4/ Be familiar with the working process of international freight forwarding and shipping company.
5/ Be familiar with the process of trucking and customs clearance, no matter import or export.
6/ Be good at communicating with people. Active and patient.
7/ Be good at selling and persuasion.
