克诺尔制动系统（大连）有限公司（Sourcing Supervisor for Compressor）

Key　Responsibilities：
1.Manage　all　KBD　compressor　projects　to　secure　the　purchasing　business；
2.Monthly　report　the　purchasing　status　to　CoC　compressor　director；
3.Dotted-line　report　to　KBD　purchasing　manager，coordinate　and　harmonize　compressor　related　businesses　with　other　purchasing　colleagues　and　suppliers；
4.Participate　the　compressor　purchasing　strategy　deployment；
5.Responsible　of　maintain　and　improve　TMS　system　from　sourcing　perspective；
6.Build　together　with　purchasing　manager　material　cost　assumption　for　all　pricings　for　new　compressor　projects；
7.Support　compressor　global　sourcing　with　effective　supplier　management.

Qualification　Requirements：
1.Bachelor‘s　degree　majoring　in　mechanical　or　related　disciplines
2.Minimum　5　years　of　related　purchasing　experience　in　automotive　industry；
3.Above　3　years　management　experience　and　own　strong　management　ability；
4.Self　motivated，reliable，team　working　spirit，challenging　work　preferred；
5.Good　skills　of　communication，coordination　and　harmonization；
6.Good　command　of　English　both　in　speaking　and　writing.
