职位描述:
Key responsibility:
1.Work with suppliers for supplier continuous quality improvement and perform continuous supplier development
2.Verify and discuss supplier manufacturing processes prior to sample ordering
3.Do preliminary on site sample and production inspection and solve the general technical problems
4.Supervision and certification of external/internal audit processes
5.Monitor the supplier quality performance and follow up the corrective actions;
6.Support and monitor supplier PPAP process;
7.Support and coordinate supplier SOP with quality department;
8.Monthly report the compressor SQD status to CoC compressor director;
9.Dotted-line report to KBD purchasing manager and/or SQD supervisor,coordinate and harmonize compressor related businesses with other SQDs and suppliers.
Qualification requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree majoring in mechanical or related disciplines
2.Minimum 3 years of related SQD experience in automotive industry
3.Strong willingness to develop the supplier to better performance
4.Good knowledge of ISO/TS16949 and quality tools
5.Willing to learn and travel6.English language skill
