Job responsibilities
Keep on sourcing，developing，and maintaining supplier for direct material used for production.Source new material in time to meet new project requirement and FA procedure.Manager material specification and drawing.Coordinate the communication between suppliers and our engineers to define clear specification.Drive purchasing lower cost and smooth delivery；Negotiate with supplier for price supply and quality agreement；Develop key suppliers to strategic partners.Coordinate with SQE monitor and evaluate supplier evaluation and quality improvement.Coordinate with SQE to solve material quality problem and coordinate material shortage and urgent requirement.Other missions from Purchase manager.

Job Qualification
Bachelor or equal in Engineering or Economy major.
Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing in electric，machinery or related industry.
Experience in engineer machinery factory is preferred.
Familiar with electric or machinery market.
Good understanding of manufacturing process of machinery.
Good knowledge of purchasing and material management.
Good negotiation skills.Strong Team Work Sprit
Good communication skills in English.
Proficient in using common office software.
Need to travel for business sometimes.
工作职责
持续开发维护生产需的直接原材料供应商资源。
根据新项目要求开发新样品资源。
管理采购规范和图纸，协调供应商与我司工程技术沟通制定清晰的采购规范。
追求采购低成本及稳定的货源供应，与供应商确定价格，供应和质量协议，开发战略供应商资源。
协助供应商质量工程师做好供应商评估和质量改善工作。
协助供应商质量工程师解决物料质量问题，协调物料短缺及紧急需求。
完成采购经理布置的其他任务。
任职资格
工程或经济专业。本科或同等学位。
3年以上电气、机械或相关行业采购经验。
有工程机械工作经验佳。
熟悉电子、机械市场。
熟悉制造工艺流程。
熟悉采购及物料管理知识。
良好的谈判技巧和团队合作精神。
良好的英语沟通能力。
熟练使用常规办公软件。
有时需要出差。
