Job Responsibilities:
Build distribution network in assigned area,complete sales target in assigned area,promote company products
And brand
在所辖区域建立销售网络,完成所辖区域的销售任务，推广公司产品和品牌
According to the company's overall operating strategy,to extract the appropriate mode of operation of the
Regional markets;Participate in the formulation and implementation of various marketing programs
根据公司整体运营策略，提炼出适合各区域市场的运作模式；参与制定各类市场推广方案并实施
Completion of monthly,quarterly and year-end sales forecasts for the region,Regularly report working situation
完成月度、季度和年底区域销售预测，定期汇报工作情况
Establish a good relationship with key customers,timely feedback customer information,improving customer satisfaction
与重点客户建立良好关系，及时反馈客户信息，提高客户满意度
Follow up key projects to improve the success rate of sales
跟进重点项目，提高销售成功率
All kinds of support including market,technical,supervise motivate and monitor distributor,enhance their faithfulness to company,Harmonize cooperation between distributor and different department of factory
对经销商进行市场和技术等各方面的支持，管理监控经销商销售行为，激励其占有更多的市场份额，增强其品牌忠诚度,协调经销商与工厂其它部门的工作衔接

Job Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering of Electrical or Mechanical or similar
机械、电气或相关专业本科学士学位
CET 4 or higher,have some written and oral communication skills
大学英语4级或以上，良好的书面和口头英语表达能力
Strong communicate ability,good affinity,learn and accept new knowledge fast,Desire for exertion,no afraid hard work,have collectivism,open&direct&clear personality,A high sense of responsibility
沟通能力强，亲和力强，学习和吸收新事物能力强，有上进心和拼搏精神，不怕吃苦，有团队精神，个性开朗直爽，高度的责任感
Familiar with office software and Email
能熟练应用办公软件，收发Email
More than 5 years experience selling generator sets,Have channel sales experience
5年以上发电机组销售经历,有渠道销售经验.
Can independently marketing the products in the market
能独立完成产品的市场开拓
Familiar with the product sales patterns and market conditions
熟悉产品的销售模式和市场情况
Preferably training of Electrical or Mechanical products
有机电类产品受训经验者优先
Adapt to frequent domestic travel
能适应频繁国内出差(工作地点按区域而定)
