Support in logistics items（e. G. Shipping documents，import/export process，customs purposes. 。。）
Issuing Invoices and awareness of sensitive VAT matters（correct posting and focus on avoiding penalty taxes）；
Develop the efficient handling of import，export and domestic shipments
Be able to carry out the process of Customs Logo book with the information provided by Australian headquarter
Be able to establish and maintain a good rapport with local customs
Safeguard a smooth customs document handling
Coordinating with internal/external customer for urgent deliveries（both on import and export side）
Manage the freight forwarders/transporters performance to meet high standard service level
Safeguard an efficient invoice control for transportation invoices

Required Qualifications
Colleague degrees or above
Customs clearance certificate
A good command of both oral and written English
Good Communication skills with people in different functions
Working experience in a similar job role in a mechanical company is preferable
Very good knowledge on customs regulations and procedures both for import and export
