职位描述:
Duties and Responsibilities：
1.Send RFQ to suppliers，get quotations，do cost comparison etc.and give correct data and reports to purchasing management.
2.Work with technical department（home and abroad）closely to help the supplier understand our technical，quality and delivery requirements.
3.Make cost breakdown and benchmarking studies and negotiate with supplier to achieve the best price.
4.Make contract and release PO from ERP system to suppliers and order follow up to ensure on-time delivery for production.
5.Make sure all the contract and quotation are well managed and documented and updated in time.
6.Daily supplier relationship management in terms of delivery，quality，cost，invoice and payment.
7.Develop and maintain a preferred supplier，rejected supplier and potential supplier data base to meet company‘s requirement.
8.Improve supplier’s total performance，including cost，quality and delivery
9.Risk management：make sure that we have backup suppliers for key materials or services
10.Help define and execute sourcing new suppliers
11.To organize and conduct the supplier qualification and process quality audit.
12.Ensure that proposed suppliers‘operating and legal principles meet the company’s requirements.
13.Make sure that supplier recommendation is based on quotation analysis，benchmarking，cost simulation，quality，delivery，and legal considerations.
14.Communicate with suppliers on EHS requirements and ensure that suppliers comply with the company relative policy
15.Request material certificates，process control plan，etc.from supplier，inform quality department to do quality inspection in time and follow up the material issue and quality issue until it is solved.
16.Monitor quality performance and follow-up supplier‘s corrective action on quality claims by coordinating with relevant parties.
17.Collection，storage and issue goods properly and in time.
18.Support other assigned task.
Requirements：
1.University graduate，major in mechanical engineering.
2.Greater than 5 years purchasing experience in traditional heavy mechanical manufacturing company.
3.Understanding of steel material grades，properties and chemical compositions
4.Knowledge of mechanical products including bearings，seals，gearboxes etc.
5.Knowledge of electrical products an advantage but not essential
6.Ability to read mechanical drawings and BOM’s
7.Understanding of manufacturing process an advantage
8.Knowledge of MS-Office.
9.Familiar with operation of ERP system for P/O handling
10.Very good written and oral communication skills in English.
11.Good negotiation and communication skill.
12.Integrity，self-motivated and good team player
