Responsibilities:
1.Conduct purchasing in line with company strategy,policies and core values
2.Update Purchasing Plan&status
3.Inform and follow up suppliers required import documents
4.Search for alternative suppliers,materials or products in accordance with tasks delegated from Group and apply for approval of new suppliers/products according to separate SOP
5.Register application and continuously update approved supplier list
6.Handle claims issues with suppliers immediately and evaluate impact of claim issues immediately and inform if critical situation
7.Follow up payment or claim issues
8.Assist in conducting monthly closure activities according to separate SOP

Requirement:
At least 2 years experience in purchasing,preferable in textile
Bachlor degree or above
Fluent English in reading and writing.Fluent speaking is a plus.
Good computer skill,familiar with Excel,Word and PowerPoint.
Strong negotiation,communication skill.
Team work,self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
Integrity,loyal,structured and disciplined.
