职位描述:
1.Liaison with relevant government authorities and customs/CIQ on all matter relating to import materials and equipments.联络政府相关部门、海关及商检处理涉及进口材料、设备报关的一切事宜。
2.Preparation and submit the bonded materials/goods’document to the customs，identify and verify HS code for raw material、finish goods、equipments and spare parts.对生产原材料、成品、设备及零配件的HS 编码进行识别和验证，准备和递交保税料件及成品相关文件给海关。
3.Update and maintain the accurate record of bonded materials/goods/equipment list in customs system.及时更新和维护保税料件、成品及设备清单在海关系统中的记录。
4.Work close with suppliers/shipper to ensure every order have the proper documents and forward documents to clients/forwarders in time.Ensure proper closing of the customs electronic register［handbook］and other customs documents.与相关供应商/发货人紧密联系以确保每一订单都有正确的单据并及时将单据转送给客户、货代。
5.Track and monitor inbound freight cost，including all express agency expenses、freight、service charge of customs broker；Report abnormality to logistics manager.跟踪和监督到达货物的费用，包括进口报关费、运输费及报关行的服务费等，及时向物流经理报告异常费用等。
6.Track and record each import shipment performance.Implement to avoid additional cost happen，Such as late fee\penalty etc…。。跟踪并记录每笔进口通关业务的业绩，避免出现任何额外的附加费用，如海关滞报金或罚款等。
7.Check off import material handbook with customs in time to ensure customs regulation on“EPZ Materials policy”can be implement effective.和海关及时核销进口料件手册，确保海关关于“出口加工区料件核销管理政策”在公司得到正确有效的执行。8.Create and statistics import＆export customs declaration and delivery report（spreadsheet）by logistics internal required，collecting，sort out and maintenance all relative shipping documents.建立和统计进出口业务清关和货物交付报告（表），收集，整理和维护全部相关的进出口清关文件。9.Cooperate and perform the other temporary or urgent duties assigned by logistics Manager.配合并完成物流经理临时安排或紧急的其他工作任务
Requirements：
1.Junior College or above，legal customs declarer；大专学历或以上，法定报关员；
2.More 2 years working experience on customs/CIQ clearance in the logistics area of a production company or in the logistics/transportation industry-preferable with focus on chemical logistics；2年以上生产型企业物流报关报检工作经验，或有关工业化学报关经验；
3.Conversant with ocean shipping、import＆export customs clearance、CIQ clearance、customs check in＆off processing and some necessary customs regulations and policies 熟悉海运、进出口报关、报检、核销等各项工作流程及必要的海关相关法规政策；
4.Having actual SAP system application will be priority 有实际的SAP系统运用者优先考虑。
