职位描述:
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES：
Establish and manage long term supplier relationships and engage Flextronics sites and business segments in the consolidation of business to the Flextronics Preferred Supply base.
Responsible for implementation of regional commodity strategy surrounding price negotiation，material programs，site and segment support as set by the Regional Commodity Lead and Director.
Serve as regional escalation point for any commodity issues as appropriate
Monitor current commodity market conditions，technology roadmaps and identify supply/demand challenges.Develop，implement and communicate tactical and strategic commodity plans internally
Facilitate and implement contract negotiations，material programs，which will benefit Flextronics and its end customers
Influence suppliers selection in Flextronics key ODM designs.
Collaborate with Customer Supply Chain Managers and Product Introduction centers to coordinate sourcing strategies and ensure a smooth and timely manufacturing ramp on new programs
REQUIRED Basic Qualifications（must have skills）：
Basic knowledge of Electronics industry，prior history of contract，pricing negotiations
PREFERRED Qualifications（nice to have skills）：
Experience within the distribution commodity
Education or Training：
Bachelors Degree mandatory with major is Electronics or Electronic Engineering
