职位描述:
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES：
The role will：
1. Responsible for customer interface on strategic materials for key assigned accounts.
2. Primary materials interface for customer in new project start-up，for cost of ownership issues.
3. Drive sourcing strategies in materials quotations. Present materials value-add to customers，and influence customers to use Flextronics preferred suppliers.
4. Develop and lead implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans.
5. Track material financial performance，and initiate corrective actions when required
6. Manage material cost review（local，regional and global）。Lead supply base management effort to support customers needs such as cost reduction，Responsible for strategic materials customer interface for assigned accounts，and materials P＆L of all active accounts assigned to each team member and the group.
6. Responsible for NPS and EOL materials interface with customers for cost of ownership issues.
7. Exercise supervisory responsibilities，involving in basic management duties.
8. Responsible for other team players performance improvement planning and coaching.
REQUIREMENTS：
1. Bachelor Degree or above.
2. At least 2 years experience in material function，such as buyer，MP etc.
3. Have basic knowledge of supply chain management. Be familiar with SAP/ERP system.
4. Proficient in MS operation.
5. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English.
