RESPONSIBILITY
Manage the assigned markets/customers, fully accountable for their sales performance, achieve the defined sales target and ensure sustainable profitable growth

Strengthen the position of existing business and identify any new business opportunities in the targeted industries and applications

Acquire and analyze market intelligence information to support marketing managers/segment leaders for the development of marketing strategies/segment plans

Implement local tactics based on the overall segment strategies to reach the common goal

Develop effective working relationships with customers

Formulate the marketing/account plans for the key customers and implement them

1. Education Background

Bachelor's degree, with major in Science, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial), Polymer Science, or Chemistry.

2. Work Experience

At least 3 years of working experience in engineering polymers related industries under multinational company environment

3. Skills and knowledge

Preferably having technical knowledge on injection molding or mold design

Strong problem solving skills

Good negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to work with minimum supervision and with people at all levels

Good networking, communication and interpersonal skills

Good verbal and written communication capability in Mandarin and English
