Job Description:
1. Lead and administrate the Purchasing Staff within the Workcell, support the development and implementation of Supply Chain Strategies and systems;
2. Ensure that materials supply equal demand, and optimize overall cost of materials. In addition;
3. Purchasing Supervisor may take responsibilities of Materials Planning or Buyer, as defined by Purchasing Manager.
General Requirements:
1.5-8 years of related experience; A certification by related professional organizations ( such as APICS and NAPM), a bachelor's degree in Materials Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent, or an experience in electronics manufacturing industry is a plus;
2...Strong communication and analytical skills. Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills;
3. Occasional travel may be required.
