Job Description：
1.Lead and administracte the SME organization；
2.To ensure current business processes are effectively supported by ERP；
3.To ensure the functional requirements are configured with opportunity for future enhancement；
4.To provide ERP training for end users；
5.M SME leads and administrates Operations‘SME organization.
General Request：
1.Sound working knowledge of MRP2 systems and a good understanding of ERP systems with at least three-year experience involving the use of either of such systems；
2.Extremely strong skills with proven track record in communication，leadership，business analysis，process development，administration，and change management are required；
To have a very good working knowledge of MRP2 systems and a general understanding of new ERP systems.
3.To be able to work closely with Asia＆Corporate Fusion Team for future enhancement.
4.To be able to lead，coach，train and motivate end users to ensure the successful launch and usage of ERP system.
