Tasks:
- Support project management & sales from pre-project phase until billing phase of projects
- Enter and maintain SAP sales orders according to customer requirements
- Follow sales orders with internal & external supply sources in co-operation with local production &
Procurement
- Support project management in logistics forecasts (deliveries, delays, etc. ) influencing final
Delivery date
- Prepare documents for delivery according to customer requirements & contracts (text, markings,
Specials)
- Issue SAP invoice in co-operation with project manager as basis for the VAT invoice
- Prepare logistics reports on demand and in co-operation with project manager

Requirements:
- University graduate or tertiary educated in logistics related discipline;
- At least 3 years logistics or production planning experience(a must);
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Proficiency in Windows applications and Chinese typing;
- Hands on experience in SAP platforms is an advantage;
- Hardworking responsiblewell
