Responsibilities：
Establish and keep up efficient purchasing structures and processes on the field of indirect material purchasing in Asia Cross regional category management Development and implementation of category strategies Identification and realization of savings Control on regional operative procurement via SRM system Contract negotiation and contract management Supplier management Regional process design and optimization Lead a team of regional lead buyers Work experience in leading position in indirect material strategic purchasingRequirements：Degree holder or above in Engineering/Economics At least 10 years‘relevant experience preferably gained in MNC Good communication and negotiation skills Be a good team player Be initiative and assertiveness Willingness to travel Fluent in Mandarin and English
