DHL Global Forwarding - DGF（Operations Manager）

Overall　Role　Purpose：
Customer　contact　on　daily　shipments　execution　and　operational　inquiry.Lead　and　manage　the　LMS　operation　team

Job　Description：
-Contact　window　for　timely　and　efficient　communication　with　customer　and　all　other　parties；
-Coordinate　with　operation　team　for　smooth　daily　shipment　handling　according　to　SOP，both　air　and　ocean；
-Shipment　track　and　trace；
-Trouble　shooting　and　irregularity　follow　up；
-Issuing　payment　statement　and　billing　control；
-Generate　reports　or　other　related　docs　as　per　request；
-Attend　customer　review　meeting；
-Explore　more　business　with　nominated　customer　and　report　to　commercial　team；
-Lead　the　implant　team　properly　to　ensure　quality　service　level；
-Effective＆professional　interface　to　the　customer　for　good　and　long-term　relationship

Job　Requirement：
-Bachelor　or　College　Degree
-At　least　3　years　working　experience　in　freight　forwarding　and　logistics　industry
-Knowledge　of　AFR/OFR　operation　process，especially　AFR＆Ocean　Import
-English　spoken　and　written，CET-6　or　above　preferred
-Team　spirit＆Team　management　experience　is　preferred
-Good　communication　skill
-Good　PC　skills-MS　Word/Advanced　Excel　PowerPoint　etc.
-Stable　working　attitude　under　high　pressure　especially　customer‘s　complaint
-Quick　minded　and　problem　solver
-Reliable＆accountable
