职位描述:

Overall Role Purpose:Support the Branch on international&domestic business development

Job Description:
Respond to new customer enquiries
Respond to customer complaints
Updates Sales Manager on customer requests and business needs
Fulfill KPI
Work with AFR/OFR/CPM to develop solutions to meet customer needs
Work with AFR/OFR/CPM to respond to customer RFI,RFQ and tenders
Assist in account receivable issues
Maintain good communication and working relationship with others functions
Develops sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets
Responsible for conducting high quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products to customers
Establish and present customized offers to customers
Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures
Adhere to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce previously agreed payment terms
Prepare and realize planned sales calls
Responsible for product targets
Secure/collect all necessary information to assess credit worthiness of potential customer
Ensure adherence to ISO standards in line with corporate instructions
Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel.Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organisation‘s business processes.

Job Requirement:
Good Microsoft skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of DGF products
Good Negotiation skills
Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant industry
Bachelor Degree or above
