Job　Duties　工作职责：
-Create　shipment　job　timely　and　accurately　in　computer　system　when　required　by　operation.应操作员要求及时准确地在系统内输入装船信息
-Inform　transit　office　about　relevant　information　in　case　of　skybridge如遇中途需转运接驳的，协助把相关信息告知运输部门。
-Send　pre-alert　to　destination　including　HB/L，MB/L　and　credit　or　debit　note协助发送预报给目的港，包括HB/L、MB/L、多付款和欠付款。
-Support　operation　on　faxing　and　copying　work　if　necessary如有必要，协助操作员作好传真、复印等日常工作。

Job　Requirements　岗位要求：
-College　degree　or　above　major　in　Logistics，International　Trade　or　relevant
大专及以上学历，物流、国际贸易等相关专业。
-1　year　experience　with　forwarding　company，trading　company　or　relevant　business　industry有在货运、贸易等相关行业工作经验者优先
-Knowledge　of　International　Trade一定的国际贸易知识
-Good　command　of　English　both　verbal　and　written较好掌握英语的口语和书面应用
-Good　computer　skill　and　Typing　proficiency良好的电脑技能，打字熟练。
-Sense　of　responsibility责任心强。
-Attentive　to　details注重细节。
