Responsibilities：Coordinating, optimising and integrating the Company's logistics operations in both the ETO and E-beam facilities, including logistics procedures, Customs procedures, warehousing, transportation, distribution and import/export handling
Functionally and in cooperation with the plant manager to manage the logistics staffs of logistic operations in both the ETO and E-beam facilities, including defining organizational requirements and qualifications, recruiting and developing staffs, performance review, objectives setting
Work together with and provide solutions to external customers to integrate our processes with the customer's requirements and their supply chainServe as the Company's primary point of contact for establishing and/or maintaining adequate Public Relations with Governmental Agencies in respect of Logistics matters, especially Customs Need to discuss Ensure that the Company's procedures and business processes are in compliance with updated governmental policies through development/updating of logistics practices, performance of routine audits and regular communication with the AuthoritiesWork together with internal organization to align best practices in logistics service organizational and operational, communicate and train internally, compliant with regulations and in line with customer's requirements; Identify organizational, technological, and/or training improvements that can be made to logistics operations to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, manage riskTogether with Sales and Operations, develop and implement any new revenue generating logistics services;
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of relevant experience as manager in logistics operations, especially in import/export customs handling
2. Verifiable history of dealing successfully with Customs, familiarity with logistics legal requirements, build smooth professional relationship
3. Familiar with domestic and international logistics practices, export practices
