供应链助理 Supply Chain Assistant
Job Definition:
Assistant to Supply Chain Manager, job activities shall cover all aspects and involvements of entire Supply Chain, including Procurement and Supplier Relations, Logistics and Transportation, in-house Production Planning and Management, Customs Relations and Key Account Management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting Supply Chain Manager to build up, operate and develop complete purchasing and logistic systems
responsible for sourcing potential local supplier, supplier evaluation and nomination.
- supplier relationship: both overseas and local suppliers
- purchasing and logistic activities: contract negotiations, purchase orders, components delivery (overseas/local), development and implementation of purchase orders from customer(s)
- customer relationship and key account management
- production planning, organization and management
- management of customs agents and freight forwarders, working together with the 3PL and checking monthly debit notes of all consignments.
- other jobs assigned by the General Manager
Requirements:
- University Bachelor Degree or above, in Engineering, Science or Arts
- Min 3 years of working experience in supply chain, or logistics & procurement, preferably in automotive field
- Being familiar with customs clearance procedure and freight forwarding.
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Power Point and Excel
- Able to handle work under pressure, no problem with frequent travelling
