Responsibilities:
-Responsible for growing the Lighting sales of Consumer and Industrial Products in southwest region.
-Develop customer relationship in targeted industries, Lead, support and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales target assigned by the country SGM.
-Leverage the resources of in China to maximize sales force effectiveness.
-Responsible for team management and improve team’s effectiveness.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, major in power utility, automation and electrical engineering, or equivalent.
-At least 5 years sales experience with proven track record in the above-mentioned fields plus two years in a leading sales role in multinational company.
-Strong communication and leadership skill, ability to interface and influence different levels of customers both internal and external
-Strong self-motivated.
-Fluent English and Mandarin both in written and spoken.
