Our client is a Multinational Company, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.
Responsibilities:
--Mission of Function: The function is responsible for production management, employees management, products quality control, material flow control, machine and device maintenance etc in the core part production.
Responsibility:
- To be responsible for production management according to actual situation of material and machines, and guarantee the confirmed delivery date.
- To be responsible for employees management according to actual order status and task.
- To be in charge of products quality issues during daily work.
- To be sure of material will be available before starting production.
- To be in charge of machines, devices and fixtures maintenance and repairing.
- To improve the production process and material flow.
- To be probonsible for employees evaluation and target setting.
- To be in charge of cost reduction and assets control.
Requirements:
-Competencies
- Bachelor degree or above in manufacture and industry major.
- Professional knowledge in welding and electricity.
- Strong ability in organization.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills in English and good skills in PC and SAP system.
